I prefer to see myself as a fairly open person. Throughout the years, I've come to realize the futility of being close minded and the use of lying to others.I would rather tell how i feel or what i perceive as truth instead f sugarcoating things. At times its a bad thing but I want to treat others the way I want to be treated and I see honesty as a form of respect. I love music, especially metal core, techno, and a bit of everything else. Whenever I hear a song I know regardless of how embarrassing, I sing along. I'm also a vocalist for the band When Heavens Collapse. I guess I can say I'm pretty easy to get along with. It takes a lot to get to me and honestly, I have yet to find anyone who has pushed my buttons too much.

What this means mostly is that I was a guy so incredibly good-looking that I could get whatever the corporation wanted simply by showing up in person at the customer's place of business. Add to that a hard-hat and clipboard, and access to any building anywhere was a cinch. I've seen the backside and basement of many a place.

I write as a hobby and I have a little bit to show for that. I have a small novel, a book of poems, and a book of letters and essays. No one wants them, so I'm writing another novel.

My political point of view is anything but mainstream. It is my contention that the generally accepted paradigm of American politics amounts to a gigantic mass deception. It's been that way since before my daddy was born.

I've been married three times and I've had three other long-term live-with relationships. I'm a pretty boring person when it comes right down to it, I guess. I think, because I'm into things that most people around here think are weird, I don't connect with as many people. So, obviously I'm hoping to find someone with *some* of the same interests as me, and has an open mind about the things I'm into and will support my love of such different things.

I actually got bear-crushed when I told my coworker that sometimes I wonder if people are really my friends here at work or are putting up fronts, since in high school I was a total outcast. She smacked me then hugged me saying she couldn't imagine that. I guess I've changed a lot since high school, but sometimes the feelings are harder to get rid of. I'm a quiet person when I don't know you, or feel out of place. In my comfort zone, I'm a total dork. I crack jokes, I'm hella sarcastic, and smile and laugh a lot. But sometimes I just like to be quiet. I know, I'm a weird person. If I'm with people, I always get poked and yelled at for not "having fun"... but sometimes just absorbing what's going on is good enough ^_^

I do not do hook-ups. I would prefer to be in it for the long haul, but there are trials to really find whether or not you connect with a person. So, I prefer to take things slow and really find out about a person before getting too serious.

I love clubbing, dancing, drinking, camping, cooking and spending time with friends. I'm interested in psychology and history. I enjoy going to concerts, museums, and historical events. I like to watch movies, especially those with any type of psychological component. I play clarinet, but I'm pretty bad, in a concert band called "Band Together". I'm pretty low maintenance. I can be shy and awkward or funny and friendly.

My interest in history centers greatly around early American history. I've taken such courses such as Revolutionary War, WWII, A New Nation, as well as the entire survey of American History. I also spent a semester studying Irish history which was very difficult, but rewarding. Someday I may choose to write a paper contrasting the troubles in Ireland with the race issues of the United States. My major work with Irish history was entitled "The Psychological Impact of 'The Troubles' in Northern Ireland". I've also spent some time studying Thomas Jefferson, and the irony, hypocracy, and passion he exhibited.

As far a psychology is concerned, I enjoy such key figures as Jung, Adler, and Freud. I am fascinated by human behavior in nearly all circumstances. In the field of Psychology, I've conducted research regarding the attitudes of college students in conjunction with the topic of homosexuality. My research did yield significant findings. i really enjoy my job, which besides school, is where i spend most of my time. working in the photography field is something i see myself doing in the future, whether its as a freelance journalism photog, or as a portrait photographer. .

Well hello there! Glad to see someone might actually be interested. Just kidding. Really I'm a very random person, sometimes ditzy. If you can't deal with that then that's not my problem. I am probably one of the nicest mean people you'll ever meet. I'd do anything for my friends, but I can be sarcastic and mean to them. Everyone still loves me though so it can't be all that awful. I enjoy staying at home cuddling and watching a movie, but I also like getting out and being active. I'm pretty out of shape but I'm slowly working on fixing that. I enjoy long walks with someone I can have a nice conversation with. I also like playing at the park or going to the zoo. I enjoy learning so places like the science center and museums (though I've never been to one) would be interesting. I'm a kid at heart and I love to learn so anything fun that I haven't done before is fantastic.

I have a new piercing to add the grand total that was 6 and is now 5. Rejection is a lovely thing.... I got my Daith pierced on Halloween, and it's adorable. I'm planning on getting more. I'm also looking around to find someone to do my tattoo. I'm ridiculously picky so it may never happen :p

Well lets see...these are never fun. So I will give it my best shot...I am a single mother of one. I am a very down to earth person, I get along well with almost anyone. I enjoy doing all kinds of different things...such as car rides, walks in the park, being outdoors (in nice weather of course), bowling, flea markets, yard sales, zoo, art shows, a good movie, going out to dinner, good ole BBQ, playing board games or the wii, and lots more....I can enjoy just about anything with the right person.
Sometimes I can be goofy and silly. I like a good sense of humor.
Family is very important to me, I love spending time with them.
