MetroEast Golfing Singles Monthly Co-ed Golf Scramble Spencer T. Olin Alton IL
MEGS Monthly Co-ed golf tournament, 18 hole "scramble." Entry fee is $60 which includes green fees, driving range, cart, food, and prizes. Entry forms are located on the MEGS Web Site, www.megsonline.org with instructions for payment of entry fees. At the web site, click "Calendar" and a list of tournaments will appear with a link to the entry form. Directions to the golf course are contained on the entry form. Participants include members of the MEGS organization and members of the St. Louis Fore Singles organization. Teams are assembled by the MEGS Tournament Organizer so this gives participants an opportunity to meet new people and socialize after golf. We strive to make each team competitive with at least one experienced golfer per team. The majority of golfers who participate are average but we have many novice and less experienced people so if you're hesitant about playing due to your golfing ability, don't be. MEGS is a golf organization whose prime objective is to introduce new people to golf and assist them in improving their abilities. We want to stress, this is not a golf tournament for the guys and gals who want to come out and win big bucks. MEGS is a social group and this tournament is played in a relaxed, fun, non-competitive environment. For further information, contact me at [masked] or phone: (618)623-8951.
